Track Shipment
Every order ships tracked to all 9 provinces. Most orders arrive in 3–5 business days.
Delivery windows
Major metros: 2–3 business days. Outlying areas: 3–5 business days. We dispatch same-day on orders placed before 14:00 SAST.
Failed delivery
Couriers attempt delivery twice. If both fail, the parcel returns to our warehouse and we contact you to arrange a redelivery at no extra charge.
